In Tärnaby, the downhill skier's traffic rules apply

1. Pay attention - be considerate Behave in a way that does not put anyone else at risk.

2. Adapt your speed ... and riding style to the terrain, equipment, weather conditions and your own riding skills.

3. Choose the right direction of travel! If you are coming from above, you must keep out of the way of riders in front of you.

4. Overtake with margin! Keep a sufficient distance to give the overtaken rider enough room.

5. Start carefully! Check - upwards and downwards - that the slope is clear before starting the ride.

6. Stop only where you are visible! If you have to stop - do so where you are clearly visible and where others can overtake you. If you overturn - leave the slip road clear as soon as possible.

7. Climb up the side of the slope - especially in poor visibility.

8. Respect the signs! Rules and instructions on the slopes are there for your well-being and that of others. Follow them!

9. Give a hand! You must help in the event of an accident.

10. Give your name and address! If you are involved in an accident, you must give your name and address.

Anyone who breaks these rules can be held accountable.
