But don't be put off by the comparison with the big mountains. There are peaks here to suit both young and old, young and old hikers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>How to participate<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you reach the top, write your name in the summit book and take a photo from there to post on Instagram and tag with #sommartopparhemavantarnaby.<\/li>\n<li>When you have been to a peak, you can fill in this <a href=\"https:\/\/hemavan.nu\/sommartoppar-formular\/\">form<\/a> you have the chance to become this summer's top tour champion. We will draw two winners, one adult and one child who will win a nice prize from Hemavan Alpint.<\/li>\n<li>The Top Ten Books are available between 5 July and 22 September. <strong>The form must be submitted by 1 October.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Download the Nature Map app and get trail descriptions there.
