We collect personal data that you send to us, for example when you make a booking or make a payment. To manage your bookings and payments<\/strong>
\nWe process your personal data in order to administer your booking and payment with us. Your booking includes information about booked ski school, purchase of lift pass, booking of racing\/trass\u00e9, etc. For example, when invoicing, the data is saved based on the time required by the Accounting Act.
\nRetention period: Your data will be deleted 2 years after the last purchase\/booking or according to the Accounting Act.<\/p>\n

To handle customer service enquiries<\/strong>
\nWe process your personal data when you are in contact with us, for example via email, chat or social media.
\nRetention period: Data is purged when the case is closed, but in social media, data is retained longer - for a maximum of two years.<\/p>\n
