Tärnaby Chickenrace - a full house on Easter Eve
On Saturday 30 March, it's time to fasten your helmet, strap on your ski boots and get ready for a fast-paced race down Laxfjället!
Whether you're racing to be the first to finish, or to be the best dressed participant, this is the race for you! The competition is for all ages - big and small skiers.
The start is at the top of the Lindbanan and goes after a marked descent on Laxfjället that suits everyone. The finish is down at the Linbanan valley station.
Medals for all children, prizes for first down and best fancy dress. Prize-giving ceremony in the après-ski tent after the finish.
Location: Cable car.
Time notification: 14:00, at the cable car.
Start: The top cable car at 15:00.
Who can join? Everyone can join in - young and old skiers alike.

Family day in Minimonne on Good Friday
Welcome to a fun day for the whole family on Friday 29 March!
Challenge your family members and friends in differential slalom. A competition suitable for all ages and levels, where two runs as close as possible win.
After the competition, there will be a party in the après-ski tent.
Face painting and candy rain for the little ones, DJ and live band.

Free ski school - welcome to Skidkul during Easter in Tärnaby!
The popular sports holiday ski school continues during Easter! We are also now offering all children a free trial of our Skidkul ski school in Tärnaby with our experienced instructors.
Our goal is to let the children experience something fun and exciting while we develop their skiing together. While the children are at Skidkul, you as parents can take the opportunity to ski yourself in the facility. We ski together on the children's slope at Ingemarbacken. The skier's level should be blue or red (more info about the levels below) as we ski and test different exciting things on the children's slope.
Maximum number: 8 children per session.
Equipment: Poles/ skis/ helmet.

PLEASE NOTE! A lift pass is required to participate.

Alpine/snowboard
Green colour - Complete beginners on skis/snowboard. Together we practise braking, turning and riding a lift.
Blue colour - Can brake, turn and lift on skis/snowboard. Together we will take your skiing to the next level.
Red colour - Want to learn/challenge techniques in skiing/snowboarding.

Cross-country skiing on Laxfjället during Easter
During Easter - from Good Friday onwards - we will offer cross-country skiing at the top of Laxfjället.
There is a 4.8 km long track on the mountain and you can reach the track via the Anjalift or the cable car. Follow the markings or ask our lift staff for directions.
You use your regular lift pass to get up to the track. Alternatively, you can buy our special cross-country ski pass for SEK 75 per trip. Then you start rested in the cross-country track on the mountain. Down you come via Mickelspasset to Anjaliften or Byggis to the cable car. But be careful as you share the descent with the alpinists.

Hockey nights at Sporthotellet - come and watch playoff hockey
During Easter, Tärnaby Sporthotell has an extended programme including other Hockey nights in the Sports Bar.
Come and watch your favourite team play. During the evening, the Sports Bar will be open with drinks and food.
Open every day 17:00-22:00.

Children's après-ski - candy rain and fun with Loois during Easter
Don't miss the Children's après-ski at Sporthotellet during Easter! Good Friday 29 March at 15:00 will be candy rain, fun, games and dancing together with Mountain wind mascot Loois the lynx.

During the Easter holidays, we are open for evening skiing in Minimonne at Sporthotellet. A favourite for children and young people in the evening.

Våffelstugan - Easter cosiness by the fire with waffles and coffee
During Easter we will serve waffles in Fika Cottage in Ingemarbacken from 29/3 to 6/4, 11:30-15:30.

The hotels in Tärnaby open their pubs for après-ski, afterscooter, aftersledding, aftersledding, afterbowling...

Bobsleigh in Ingemarbacken - a fast-paced activity during Easter
During the Easter holidays you can go bobsleighing in Tärnaby. Suitable for both large and small bobsledders who like speed and excitement.
You will ride in a track at Ingemarbacken and be driven up to the start by snowmobile. The organiser for Bobrodel is Outdoor Tärnaby.
