Trophy camp in Tärnaby with Magdalena Fjällström

In connection with the Ingemar Trophy, former World Cup skier Magdalena Fjällström is organising a camp in Tärnaby for U14 and U16 skiers. The camp starts on 16/4 and ends at lunch on 20/4.

The schedule includes SL and GS training of the highest quality. The philosophy is simple, what you train on you become good at and therefore there will be as much skiing as possible during the camp. The training will consist of recovery and education in what to think about to better cope with injuries. It is filmed during each session and in the evenings there is a video review and talk about technique. High quality and focus on the skier is important and there will therefore only be 10 places.

Leaders in place are:
Mr Anders Königsson - Better known as ”Nisse” in the alpine world. Very experienced coach who has previously worked with both European Cup and World Cup.
Magdalena Fjällström - Former World Cup skier who has now stepped into a coaching role after 10 years as an elite athlete.
Sara Königsson - Physiotherapist who has also worked for many years with the national alpine team.
