To manage your bookings and payments
We process your personal data in order to administer your booking and payment with us. Your booking includes information about booked ski school, purchase of lift pass, booking of racing/trassé, etc. For example, when invoicing, the data is saved based on the time required by the Accounting Act.
Retention period: Your data will be deleted 2 years after the last purchase/booking or according to the Accounting Act.
To handle customer service enquiries
We process your personal data when you are in contact with us, for example via email, chat or social media.
Retention period: Data is purged when the case is closed, but in social media, data is retained longer - for a maximum of two years.

Your personal data is processed by us at Tärnaby Alpint AB. Your personal data may also be disclosed to and processed by our partners for the stated purposes.
